The black and burgundy belt has golden emblems, though most of the decals are missing from the item. Duran has autographed the belt in silver ink, also writing HOF '07. Hearns has also signed the belt in silver, adding his nickname, "Hitman" and noting H.O.F. 2012. Sugar Ray Leonard's signature, again in silver, includes a smiley face and reads H.O.F. '97. The signatures have been verified by PSA/DNA and an authentication sticker is affixed to the item.
