Album sleeve signed in black marker (grading 8/10) on the reverse by Mickey Mantle. PSA has encapsulated the sleeve and certified the signature as Authentic. The album sleeve is titled "A Day To Remember - June 8, 1969," and the 33 1/3 rpm record that is still housed within records the all the spoken commentary at Mickey Mantle Day, held at Yankee Stadium on that date. The front of the sleeve features six different color images of the ceremony, while the reverse features a single, large black-and-white image of Mantle receiving the applause of the fans. The sleeve (7.25x7") remains in Excellent condition (the condition of the record is unknown).
