Authentic NHL puck has a sticker covering one side containing an NHL shield above "BOSTON BRUINS" with lines for information below. Written above the first line in blue ballpoint ink is "BB-1-128" while the next line for "DATE" has "Dec 10 1972" stamped in black. Bottom line has Hodge's number 8 written in blue ink. Opposite side has the Bruins spoked-B logo, with Hodge's signature above in silver fine point marker. Below the logo is "2nd of 3" as he netted a hat trick in Boston's 8-4 win over the short-lived California Golden Seals; his second of three on the night, the second period tally was assisted by linemate Wayne Cashman.
