Official National League (Heydler) ball signed in either blue or black fountain pen by twenty-seven members of the 1931 World Champion St. Louis Cardinals, including Bottomley (sweet spot), Hafey, Frisch, Gelbert (sweet spot), Wilson, Derringer, High, Mancuso, Watkins, Wares (coach), Lindsay, Street (Mgr.), Blades (coach), and Roettger. (The signature of Pepper Martin has been deemed a clubhouse example by JSA.) Signatures range from 1/10 to 6/10, but several of the signatures have either faded beyond legibility or are obscured by abrasions. The ball is moderately toned and displays a few large gouges and/or abrasions. Good condition. Full LOA from JSA.
