United States passport issued to Yogi Berra in 2006. The passport features Berra's portrait photo and has been signed "Lawrence Peter Berra" in blue ink (grading 6/10) on the appropriate line. Berra was eighty-one years old when he received this passport, which was valid until August 7, 2016. Unfortunately, it would be the last passport he was ever issued, because he died at the age of ninety in 2015.
