2013 goaltending ensemble worn by Pittsburgh Penguins netminder Tomas Vokoun during the final season of his career includes jersey, blocker, and glove. 1) White Penguins jersey is a camp issue, with official Training Camp Jersey tag inside back tail. Reebok patch is sewn to left breast, skating penguin crest is across the chest, CCM size 58 tag with additional tag indicating Goalie Style and green Reebok strip circling the inside of the collar. Sleeves are blank, number 92 is screened in black on back below VOKOUN on a plate, also screened in black. Jersey shows medium wear with slash marks. 2) White Bauer glove has Pens' black and gold highlights, signed on heel of palm in black 9/10 Sharpie. 3) Matching Bauer blocker in same color scheme, signed on blocker side in 8/10 black Sharpie. Note that the glove is for the right hand (indicating a left-handed goalie); most goalies use the opposite hand. Both glove and blocker are hammered with hundreds of slash marks. Each has VOKOUN stitched to the cuff in black lettering. After making his mark in the first eight seasons of the Nashville Predators franchise, Vokoun played the last of his 15 NHL seasons in Pittsburgh in 2012-13. In photos from that season, he was seen wearing a different glove and blocker, however, he did wear this style set during the 2013 preseason, during which these items were most likely worn. Due to a health issue, Vokoun left the team during the preseason before retiring in December, with exactly 300 career wins.
