Jose Canseco Oakland Athletics signed game used bat is a Mizuno model World Win dating from the 1991 labeling period and attributed to his 28th home run of the season. Ash bat displays outstanding use including a handle crack, residue on handle (likely pine tar), and bat rack paint transfers. Measures 35.0" and weighs 32.7 ounces, number 33 is written on the knob in silver marker, and number 7 is stamped. Nicely signed and inscribed below barrel stamp in 7-8/10 black Sharpie, with number 33 and the inscription, "Gamer '1991' season - HR #28." That dates to the July 30 contest in which Canseco's two-run shot proved to be the game-winner as the A's pulled out a 6-5 victory at Yankee Stadium. There was more where that came from as he bashed his way to an American League-leading 44 round-trippers that season. Comes with PSA/DNA LOA grading this great keepsake as GU 9 (note that the LOA is for game use only and does not offer an opinion on signature or writing).
