Spalding "Star" baseball beautifully signed by Babe Ruth in black fountain pen across the sweet spot. PSA has graded the signature NEAR MINT 7. The ball displays several small areas of discoloration and a circular abrasion (.75" in diameter) on the side panel to the right of Ruth's signature. Despite the condition anomalies, the strength of the Ruth signature outweighs all other concerns, making this an attractive Ruth single and one that would be a welcome addition to any advanced Ruth or baseball-autograph collection.
