Denver Nuggets full road uniform worn by point guard Michael Adams during the 1989-1990 season. The blue mesh jersey features the Colorado Rockies skyline design on the front, below which is "Nuggets." The number 14 is featured on the left breast and reverse. "Adams" is lettered upon a blue nameplate on the reverse, directly above the number. All front lettering and numerals are applied in white on gold tackle twill (with blue stitching). All reverse letters are applied in gold tackle twill. Located on the left front tail are a "MacGregor Sand-Knit 40" label, a "89" year tag, and label reading "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Denver Nuggets." A black band appears on the left shoulder strap. The matching blue mesh shorts are lettered "Denver" in white on gold tackle twill (with blue stitching) on the right leg. Located on the interior waistband are a "Sand-Knit 32" label, an "89" year tag, the uniform number ("14"), and label reading "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Denver Nuggets." Both garments are original as issued and display moderate wear. Adams spent four seasons as the Denver Nuggets (1987-1991), starting point guard, leading the team to the postseason in each of his first three seasons. During the 1989-1990 season, Adams averaged 15.5 points per game and 6.3 assists per game. He retired after the 1995-1996 season with 9,621 points and 4,209 assists.
