Handwritten notecard, undated, signed by Charles de Gaulle, 18th President of France. In his brief note, on "General De Gaulle" letterhead, de Gaulle writes to a Cuban official regarding the proposed entry of Great Britain into the Common Market. It is signed simply "C. L." Both the text and initials are boldly scripted in black ink and grade 10/10. Although no year is listed, it is accompanied by its original mailing envelope postmarked "Paris 6-1 1967." The notecard (4.5x3.5") displays a few small surface wrinkles and light toning. In Excellent condition overall. The envelope (4.75x3.75") remains in Very Good condition. Full LOA from PSA.
