The card and autograph have been graded and encapsulated by PSA/DNA Gem Mint 10 with an Auto grade of 9. It has a colorful and clear image of a young Wade handling the basketball against a white and variegated brown background. The autograph was done in blue upon the brown background. The card itself has perfect centering with smooth edges and very sharp corners. The reverse is clean. It is #43/50.
