Displayed is a pair of Bryce Harper Washington Nationals' game used Under Armour batting gloves. Harper, a first baseman/outfielder, is one of the top sluggers in baseball. Now with the Philadelphia Phillies, he spent the first seven years of his Major League career with the Washington Nationals (2012-18). While with Washington, Harper hit 184 home runs and added 521 RBIs, while batting .279. For his Major League career, Harper is batting .279, with 306 homers. The displayed batting gloves are gray and white. An Under Armour logo, red with white trim, is affixed to each glove. "Under Armour" is also machine-stamped onto each wristband. Inside each glove is a size tag reading "LG." On each wristband is a red patch, with white lettering, that gives Bryce Harper's initials, and his uniform number, as 34. Both gloves show heavy use, with stains from pine tar and dirt, plus a hole of approx. an inch in the palm of the right glove. The gloves were obtained by a former Orioles employee.
