In his letter, written on his personal letterhead, Robinson responds to a Canadian fan's request for souvenirs. In full: "Dear Francois: I enjoyed hearing from you and was pleased to know of your interest in baseball. I am enclosing the the [sic] photos you requested, but regret that I do not have a program of the World Series that I could send to you. I cannot send you a baseball. However, if you like I can autograph a ball and return it to [sic] if you will mail one to me for that purpose. Let me hear from you." Signed "Jackie Robinson" in black ink (grading 9/10).
