A truly one-of-a-kind item, this prototype of a Reds powder-blue road uniform is believed to have been made by the Mizuno Corporation after the Reds' 1978 Tour of Japan in an attempt to convince the Reds to use their products. Pete Rose had already agreed to try their bats, gloves and cleats, so this was the natural progression. There's no number on the back but a #18 on the front. There's a Mizuno tag in the jersey and pants.
