Envelope signed and inscribed on the front by Muhammad Ali, who has also sketched a small illustration of a boxing ring to the left of his signature. Ali has inscribed the piece "David, Old age is the only record of one's whole life/from/Muhammad Ali/Oct - 19 - 84." Both the inscription and signature are scripted in blue ink and grade 9/10 overall. The plain white envelope displays a horizontal fold and a vertical fold (near the right border), as well as light creasing. Full LOA from JSA.
