Colorful commemorative pewter plate from the 1980 All-Star Game was given to dignitaries who were at the dinner held the night before the game in Detroit. Played on February 4, the host Wales Conference snagged a 6-3 win over the Campbell Conference, with the scoresheet including the likes of Phil Esposito, Gordie Howe, Guy Lafleur, and Darryl Sittler. Pewter plate measures 10.5" in diameter, with an enamel-painted centerpiece featuring all 21 NHL logos of the time, and a relief on the bottom reading "Detroit Feb 4th - 1980." Worth noting that this was not a retail item and these were only presented at the dinner. EX+ condition with some scratching at the edge that does not at all impact appearance value. Marks on back include JSR, PVK, GIF, SBB and a relief of a cannon in the center above the words, Canton, Ohio.
