All original 1958 Washington Senators jersey was game worn by first baseman Norm Zauchin. Gray zip-front jersey has script Senators across the chest in blue-on-red tackle twill, with rare circular Senators logo patch on left sleeve. Spalding patch and 46 box tag is on the left tail above "Zauchin 5 58" chain stitched in red directly to the jersey below. Name is also chain stitched on a strip tag in the collar. Number 5 is on back in blue-on-red tackle twill. Nice, even wear is displayed though the jersey remains in magnificent condition. In the first of his two seasons in Washington, Zauchin appeared in 96 games, recording 15 homers.
