Unlined sheet signed by Hall of Fame shortstop George Wright. PSA has encapsulated the sheet and certified the signature as "Authentic." Wright has inscribed the sheet in black fountain pen, "Compliments/Geo. Wright," with the signature grading 8/10." A stamp reading "American Lawn Tennis, Inc./461 Eighth Avenue/New York, N. Y.," appears at the top of the sheet. Despite a recent find of Wright & Ditson company documents, George Wright's signature remains scarce and has always been highly prized by Hall of Fame autograph collectors. Wright died at the age of ninety in 1937, which was the same year he was selected for induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame. The sheet (4.5x7") is toned and displays two strips of white mounting tape on the reverse side borders.
