Presented is a Nolan Arenado game worn Colorado Rockies hat from the Rockies' away game on July 4, 2015, against the Arizona Diamondbacks at Chase Field, won by a 7-3 score by the Diamondbacks. In that game, Arenado played third base and hit clean-up. He went 1 for 4 at the plate, a single, and in the field, he had three assists, two putouts and an error. His single in the top of the 8th inning loaded the bases with one out for the Rockies, but Colorado, trailing by 4-2 going into the inning, was able to score only one run in the frame. Patrick Corbin got the win for Arizona, and Daniel Hale took the lost for Colorado. On the 2015 season, Arenado hit .287, with 42 homers and 130 RBIs. In his career, Arenado has a .286 batting average, with 325 homers and 1,061 RBIs. Arenado signed the cap on the bill using a silver marker, as "Nolan Arenado" and inscribed his number 28. On the underside of the hat bill is Arenado's number 28, printed in black marker by an unknown hand. Fittingly, for a July 4th game, America's Independence Day is celebrated on the cap front with an all-blue image of the United States flag. The hatband has a New Era manufacturer's tag and a tag that shows the cap to be 100% Polyester. Also in the hatband is an "AUTHENTIC COLLECTION" tag. There is an MLB tag on the back. The cap is in EXCELLENT condition, and it shows light use. The cap comes with a Major League Baseball Hologram (Game Used) sticker (HZ721348) in the hat and an enclosed MLB LOA. The cap also comes with a JSA basic certification sticker (HH45106) in the hat and an enclosed basic certification JSA LOA. Arenado has won ten Gold Gloves and five Silver Slugger Awards, and his terrific combination of offense and defense is already pointing towards Cooperstown, and this 2015 game used cap already stands for a wonderful career, and Arenado may have many more productive years in baseball.
