Pettitte signed the number "4" in 7/10 silver Sharpie, and the "6" is inscribed with "Game Worn 8-22-13, Last Career Win at Yankee Stadium, 6IP 1ER 4H 3K." Nice use is evident with some dirt stains present; note that this jersey was previously framed, thus there are two areas of tape residue in the neck, evidence of staples on the front, and more mounting residue inside the hem.
