Spring training exhibition-game program, issued for a contest between the Brooklyn Dodgers and Philadelphia Athletics in 1950, signed on the front cover by the following eight members of the Brooklyn Dodgers: Jackie Robinson, Duke Snider, Gil Hodges (twice), Don Newcombe, Clem Labine, Carl Erskine, Bobby Morgan, and Jake Pitler (coach). All the signatures have been scripted in pencil, with the Robinson signature grading 8/10. The remaining signatures range from 6/10 to 8/10, although a few contrast poorly against the gray background. This game was played at Miami Stadium in Miami, Florida, and it is interesting to note that the facility had segregated seating, as an interior page lists the seat prices for "Colored" patrons. The interior scorecard is not scored. Although no date is listed on the cover, the 1950 rosters for each club are printed on separate pages. The forty-page program features a few portrait images of both Brooklyn and Philadelphia team members, including Jackie Robinson and Connie Mack. 7x10.25 inches. In Good to Very Good condition.
