The card has a facsimile autograph of Mantle Across his waist/thighs and a hand-signed autograph in black Sharpie above his head with a #7 inscription. The card itself has a clear image of a waiting to bat Mantle with excellent centering. There is a crease near the bottom left corner as well as the top right. The reverse has water and ink staining across the top of the card.
