A fabulous opportunity to obtain original items in outstanding condition representing the complete entrance requirements to one of the outstanding racing venues 140 years ago. The admission badge is numbered 19, and permits the holder to enter both the grand stand and paddock on each day. It is signed by one of the most important persons in the sport, D. D. Withers, and has the original string attached. Each of the 23 admission tickets is numbered 1 through 23 and has the number 19 in red, to coincide with the badge number. It is extremely rare to have the complete set of badge and tickets from well over a century ago from an important racetrack, and this 1883 set is likely unique.
