A very rare, attractive Norte Dame style jersey featuring a fancy style was worn in the Joe Kuharich years from 1959-63. Dennis Szot, who wore #5, was a capable backup quarterback, and this white jersey that belonged to him features elaborate shoulder striping and crotch piece base. There's Rawlings size 42 tagging, as well as a washing instruction tag on the inside tail. Show nice wear with stains and small fiber tears. It is all-original with the exception of the crotch cut. Szot often relieved Daryl Lamonica when he was injured.
