Presented are four (4) season baseball passes that were issued to Dallas Green, a Major League player, manager, and executive. Green, a 6'5" right-hander, pitched for the Philadelphia Phillies, the Washington Senators and the New York Mets in an MLB career from 1960-67. He had a lifetime record of 20-22, with a 4.29 ERA. Later, he managed the Phillies, Mets, and Yankees. He was also a scout and executive. 1) 1984 - An American League Season pass. It was issued to "DALLAS GREEN AND PARTY" and has the facsimile signature of Robert Brown, the President of the American League. This pass measures 2.25x3.5" and it given to Green when he was an executive vice president and general manager with the Chicago Cubs. 2) 1986 - An American League season pass issued to "Dallas Green and Party." It has the facsimile signature of Robert Brown, American League President and it measures 2.25x3.5". 3) 1989 - An American League season pass issued to "Dallas Green and Guest." It carries the facsimile signatures of George Steinbrenner, owner of the New York Yankees and Robert Brown, the President of the American League. This pass measures 2.75x3.5", and was given to Green when he was the manager with the Yankees. Green managed 121 games to start the season, but after Green, resenting owner's interference, called the Yankee owner "Manager George," Green was fired. 4) A 1992 National League season pass measuring 3x4", to "Dallas Green" for when Green was a scout for the New York Mets. The pass has a facsimile signature of National League President William "Bill" White, and the pass has been stamped four times as "Working Press." The four passes are in excellent condition and each is covered by a clear plastic card protector. All the season passes come from the Green estate.
