Displayed is a cut magazine photo featuring the signatures of the six New York Yankees stars in the photo. All six of the included players played on the Yankees during the late 1940s to early 1950s, but all of the six were not on the roster at the same time. The photo could have been taken during an Old Timers game featuring rather young, retired players, during a spring training, or when Crosetti was already a Yankees coach. Left to right: 1) Spud Chandler, right-handed pitcher - Chandler was the AL MVP in 1943 with a 20-4 record and a minuscule 1.64 ERA. 2) Allie Reynolds, right-handed pitcher - Reynolds had a 182-107 lifetime record with two no-hitters. 3) Vic Raschi, left-handed pitcher - Raschi had a 132-66 career slate, was a 4-time All-Star and won the '51 AL strikeout crown. 4) Joe DiMaggio, Hall of Fame center fielder - "Joltin' Joe" still holds the MLB record for hitting streaks from when he hit in 56 straight games in '41. He had a .325 lifetime average, with 361 homers, and he became a baseball immortal. 5) Johnny Mize, Hall of Fame first baseman - "Big Jawn" belted 359 home runs and was known as "The Big Cat" for his fielding prowess. 6) Frankie Crosetti, shortstop - Played his entire 17-year career with the Yankees. As a Yankees third base coach, he is estimated to have waved over 16,000 runners to home plate. The above mentioned photo, including the backing (most likely from a scrapbook page), measures approx. 3.5x5.25". On the back of the cut magazine photo is a cut magazine photo of Dan McGinn, a left-handed relief pitcher who played five Major League seasons, with three of those seasons with the Montreal Expos (1969-71). McGinn had a lifetime 15-30 record. He signed the photo in blue ink from a ballpoint pen. This signed cut magazine photo measures approx. 3.5x5.25", including the backing and the verso side of the photo of the six Yankees. The cut photo of DiMaggio and five other Yankees has been encapsulated (as well as the McGinn photo on the reverse side of the same encapsulation). The "Joe DiMaggio and Others" photo has been signed by each of the players, using blue or black ink from various types of pens, and this "Joe DiMaggio and Others" photo has been PSA/DNA certified as "AUTHENTIC AUTO."
