Great pair of cleats game used and signed by Pete Rose from the 1980s, when he was breaking records and setting his own. Red Mizuno spikes have white "M" on each side, with Mizuno tag on tongue and Japan size 28.0 on the insoles, which translates to USA size 10. Each is signed on the outside of the heel by Charlie Hustle, averaging 7-8/10. Very nice use is evident throughout, including some bleeding of the red paint onto the edges of the white "M," and they still have dirt from the field stuck to the bottoms. Number "14" is written in black marker inside each. It is a little hard to tell from the reddish color whether these were used with the Philadelphia Phillies (1979-83), or his career-ending stint back with the Cincinnati Reds (1984-86), though we think they're from the Phils. Regardless, Hall of Fame or not, Rose remains baseball's all-time leader with an incredible 4,256 hits, approached historically only by the great Ty Cobb. Imagine how many hits Pete recorded while wearing these very spikes, part of a record that may never be surpassed. Comes with PSA LOA for autographs.
