Minutes page, taken from an A. G. Spalding Bros. company ledger, signed by A. G. Spalding. PSA has encapsulated the page and certified the signature as "Authentic." Spalding has signed the ledger in purple fountain pen, along with four other shareholders of the company. Spalding's signature is boldly scripted, grading 10/10, but an ink smear from the signature directly below slightly affects the last portion of his name. The slightly toned page (8.5x10.75"), which is dated March 14, 1906, displays a rough left border (resulting from its removal from the ledger) and a paperclip impression along the top border.
