On August 11, 1990, the NFL continued its international expansion by playing its first-ever game in Germany. The preseason game, given the title "American Bowl '90," matched the Kansas City Chiefs against the Los Angeles Rams at Olympic Stadium in Berlin. Offered here is an unperforated strip of sixteen full tickets to that historic game. Each ticket (5.5x3.25") displays light rippling but is otherwise in Near Mint condition. The 1990 game in Germany was well received by the locals, paving the way for future European games and, in 2022, the first regular-season NFL game in Germany.
