Heat transfers in red are the Hall of Famer's number 42 on front, sleeves, and back, and his name is in red on a plate above the rear number. Lott has signed on the rear "4" in 8/10 black Sharpie along with his number and "49ers." Though Lott wasn't statistically significant in the Niners' 55-10 thrashing of the Denver Broncos at the Superdome on January 28, 1990, he was still a force as his skill and quickness forced most opposing quarterbacks to avoid throwing anything in his vicinity, and SB XXIV was no different. That was not uncommon as that game served as Lott's fourth trip to the "Big Game," and his 49ers emerged victorious in each.
