Extensive use shown on this 2005 University of Tennessee jersey game used by running back Gerald Riggs, Jr. Orange mesh Volunteers' jersey has 05-44 (year-size) strip tag in collar, with Adidas size 44 and 4"L.B. tagging on left front tail. Jersey is simply pounded with use including at least three team repairs, paint transfers, hit marks, and more. Number 21 is on front, back, and sleeves with name on plate above the rear number, all in white. Riggs was a preseason All-American and Heisman Trophy candidate in 2005, but a lower leg injury ended his senior season. Riggs finished with over 2,000 all-purpose yards and 18 touchdowns despite injuries early in his career that kept him off the field, and while he received invitations to a handful of NFL training camps, his only game action in the pros was with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League.
