With Campanella catching, former catcher Gil Hodges moved to first base and the core of Brooklyn Dodgers was set for most of the team's remaining time in Brooklyn, including The Boys of Summer team of the 1950s and the 1955 World Series Champions - the only Brooklyn Dodgers squad to ever be World Champions. ball has been coated, most likely with shellac, to preserve the signatures. The ball has some small stains, and the ball shows darkening, from the passage of time. The signatures of Jackie Robinson and the other Hall of Famers from the golden age of Brooklyn Dodgers baseball make this offering a prize for any collection. The ball comes with a PSA LOA.
