A large team photo of the club appears along the top. The Whalers went out with a win on that historic night, defeating Tampa Bay 2-1. The Hartford Civic Center was home to the Whalers from 1975 to 1997 before the team left Connecticut after the 1996-1997 season to become the Carolina Hurricanes. The broadside (13.75x21.75") displays light surface wear and is in apparent Excellent condition.
