Vintage photograph capturing seven members of the 1926-1927 Boston Bruins. Each of the players is pictured in uniform as they pose shoulder-to-shoulder on the ice. Editorial notations appear on the reverse, along with an editorial caption sheet, and a cut newspaper clipping that identifies the seven individuals pictured here. They are, left to right, Art Ross (coach), Billy Boucher, Harry Oliver, Jimmy Herbert, Lionel Hitchman, Eddie Shore, and Hal Winkler. The photo originally pictured captain Sprague Cleghorn on the far right, but the photo has been neatly trimmed and only a portion of Cleghorn's right arm remains visible. Boston finished second in the NHL American division that season and made it to the Stanley Cup Finals, where they were defeated by the Ottawa Senators. The photo (8.75x7.5"), which appears to be trimmed on both the top and right borders, displays a few light-to-moderate creases. Good to Very Good condition overall. PSA encapsulated as Type III Authentic.
