Dallas Cowboys jersey, worn by defensive tackle Maliek Collins, photo-matched to four games from the 2018 season, including the club's Wild-Card game against the Seattle Seahawks. The white cloth/mesh jersey features the number "96" on the front, reverse, and each shoulder. "Collins" is lettered on a white nameplate on the reverse, directly above the number. All letters and numerals are applied in blue tackle twill. Located in the collar are a "Nike 46" label, a "2017" year tag, a "+6 Length" tag, and a flag tag reading "BB." A "Prova" authentication tag also appears in the collar. Although the jersey is tagged for the 2017 season, we have been able to photo match the jersey to five games of the 2018 season: 12/9 vs. Eagles (Getty Image 1071065082), 12/16 vs. Colts (Getty Image 1074404218) 12/23 vs. Buccaneers (Getty Image 1086063900), 12/30 vs. Giants (1076546112), and 1/5/2019 Wild Card Playoff vs. Seahawks (Getty Image 1090294618). Its use over the course of two seasons is not surprising, given the extensive wear shown. The jersey displays numerous team repairs to tears along the front, reverse, and each shoulder, as well as scuffs and abrasions to the numerals and sleeve stripes. Loose threads are also evident along the stitching. Dallas defeated the Seattle Seahawks 24-22 in the 2018 Wild Card game, with Collins recording seven tackles, two sacks, and one fumble recovery in the club's victory. The Cowboys' season ended the following week with a 30-22 loss to the eventual NFC Champion Los Angeles Rams. This is an outstanding Dallas Cowboys game-used jersey with documented use in several games, including the post season.
