Superb 1976 game issued Thurman Munson bat. Model M169 bat weighs approximately 33 ounces and is 35" long, made for the New York Yankees' captain but does not display game use, only some minor bat rack transfers. Rare, one year style has Bicentennial logo on barrel, allowing us to definitively date this from his AL MVP season in which he drove in a career-high 105 runs, though that was only part of the grit and determination with which Munson performed in leading the Bronx Bombers to the American League Championship.
