Presented is a multi-sport collection of autographs, including some of Hall of Famers from four major sports, plus an unusual complete book of 1994-95 Boston Celtics season tickets in which each ticket is essentially a different "trading card." 1-2) Two 11x14" signed color photos of Larry Bird as the Hall of Fame forward is about to dunk. Bird's signature on each photo is big and bold, written in silver ink. The photos are identical, and the signatures similar, but with some variation. 3) Bernie Carbo signed 1975 World Series color photo (8.5x11") with inscription. The photo shows Carbo reaching home after his three-run pinch hit home run to tie the score in Game 6. Carbo has signed and inscribed the photo as "Bernie Carbo/1975 - W.S./2012 over comer." The photo has a crease in the right upper corner. 4) Lawrence Taylor signed 8x10" color photo. The Hall of Fame New York Giants linebacker signed in blue ink from a marker. 5) Tino Martinez signed 11x14" color photo capturing his perfectly balanced swing. Martinez signed in blue ink from a marker. 6) Hartford Whalers' goalie Sean Burke signed 11x14" color photo in black ink from a marker and used the same marker to inscribe his number "1." 7) Black and white 8x10" action photo of Julius Erving and John Williamson. Hall of Famer Erving signed his name as "Julius Dr. J Erving" in gold ink, and Williamson signed as "Super John Williamson" and inscribed "#23," both in gold ink. 8) A copy of an 11x13.5" drawing of an "airborne" Julius Erving seemingly going for a dunk. Erving signed the drawing copy as "Julius Dr. J Erving" in gold ink. Also, signed by the artist, most likely Joseph Englehart, in black ink. 9) An approx. 11x14" color photo of Celtics Hall of Fame center Bill Walton boxing out under the basket. Walton has signed and inscribed the photo in black ink in writing, "To Josh/go [sic] Celtics/Bill Walton Celtic Champs '86." 10) An 8x10" signed and inscribed color action photo of Hall of Famer Wayne Gretzky as an Edmonton Oiler. In black ink from a marker Gretzky has signed and inscribed "Wayne Gretzky 99." 11) An approx. 2.5x3.5" 1991-92 Upper Deck card (#156) of Hall of Fame center Mario Lemieux holding the Stanley Cup. Lemieux has signed the front of the card in black marker. 12) A fascinating complete book of 1994-95 Boston Celtics season tickets. The book contains 37 tickets: one for an exhibition game and 36 for all of the Celtics' regular season games. The book measures 7.5x10.5". The individual tickets make great collectibles in themselves. Each ticket has a color or black and white photo of a Celtics player, coach etc. or of the Boston Garden or other venue or person. These photos, at 2.5x3.5", also contain a short, approx. five-line bio beneath the photo, and in essence make up a unique type of basketball card. Featured on these "basketball card" tickets, to name a few: Hall of Famers Red Auerbach, Bob Cousy, Dave Cowens, Robert Parrish, Nate Archibald, Bill Russell, Frank Ramsey, Bill Sharman, Sam Jones, Ed Macauley, John Havlicek, Tom Heinsohn, and many other Celtics stars. The offering comes with a PSA LOA.
