White home top is heavy mesh with Stall & Dean and size 50 collar tags, Whalers "W" logo crest across the chest and Whale logo patch on each shoulder. "G. Howe" is stitched to the back in individual letters above his legendary number 9, all in green-on-yellow tackle twill. Numbers are also on each shoulder in white-on-yellow tackle twill on the green shoulders. You will be hard pressed to ever find another quite like this, especially in NM-MT condition. Mr. Hockey played for the Whalers for just two seasons toward the end of his career, though he did fill the net 34 times while racking up 96 points (with 85 penalty minutes) in the 1977-78 season - at age 49.
