1909-1911 T206 Carlos Smith Old Mill Back card. The card has been graded and encapsulated by SGC VG-EX 4. It has a clear image of Smith on a light pink background. The edges remain fairly smooth while the corners have moderate touches. It is off center top to bottom. The reverse has a small stain above the "R" in cigarettes but is otherwise clean with no paper loss.
