Sourcing from Killebrew's 1964 campaign with the Twins comes this remarkable game used and signed bat. Amazingly, this is the bat Killebrew used to hit his 28th home run for the season (251 total) on his 28th birthday on June 29, 1964. H&B model S207 Harmon Killebrew professional model bat exhibits evidence of outstanding use with a slight crack in the lower handle. Numerous ball marks are visible on the left and back barrel. Cleat marks can be seen on the right and back barrel. There is a heavy coat of pine tar on the handle. The model number is stamped on the knob along with the weight of the bat in fading black marker. The bat is signed by Killebrew in blue on the barrel and features the inscription, "June 29 1964 - 28th Home run - 28th Birthday" in black just above the H&B stamp by an unknown hand. Bat has been graded GU 10 by PSA for use only.
