Presented is the game worn jersey of the San Francisco's Giants' Evan Longoria when the third baseman hit a two-run home run to defeat the visiting Philadelphia Phillies on August 10, 2019, at Oracle Park. Longoria is a 15-season veteran who played 10 seasons with Tampa Bay and is in his fifth season with San Francisco. He is a 3-time All-Star, and a 3-time Gold Glove winner. He was also the 2008 AL Rookie of the Year, and he won a Silver Slugger Award. As of June 19, 2022, he has hit 322 Major League home runs. The front of the white jersey shows "Giants" in black letters with orange trim. The lower outside front tail has a Majestic manufacturer's tag that includes an MKB logo and 'Authentic Collection." The tag also shows "EX Base" and shows "size 42." The tag also contains an MLB hologram authentication sticker. The right tail contains a Majestic/MLB Authentic Collection tag. The right sleeve has three tags: 1) A MLB 150 Anniversary tag. 2) An orange and black "Stretch 44" circular tag, in honor of Willie "Stretch" McCovey #44, whose nickname was Stretch, and who played 19 seasons for the Giants. The Hall of Famer passed away on October 31, 2018. 3) An orange and black rectangular "Peter" tag. This tag was in honor of former San Francisco Giants owner Peter Magowan, who purchased the Giants in 1993 and saved the team from relocating to Tampa Bay. The right sleeve has a "San Francisco Giants Baseball Club" tag and small Majestic logo. The back has an MLB logo near the collar. The back also exhibits the number "10," in black letters with orange trim. Longoria has signed the top of the "0" in the number in silver marker and added the number "10." He has inscribed, in printing with a silver marker, the bottom of the "0" as "Game Worn August 10, 2019 vs Philadelphia Phillies." The jersey exhibits very light wear, and it is in excellent condition.
