This framed display, commemorating the 1969 three-day cultural phenomenon that was Woodstock, consists of a scarce original poster and four different full tickets from the event. The poster, printed on thick glossy stock, is the smaller of the two versions produced for the event, and is referred to as the "trolley" or "bus" poster. This is one of a small find of these posters that were discovered many years ago in the possession of the Kross Safe Company, where they had been housed since 1969. The poster is accompanied by a COPY of a one-page typed-signed letter from John Roberts, one of the show's producer, attesting to its authenticity. The poster (17.25x24", visible dimensions), displays a few small creases and is in apparent Excellent condition. It has been matted and framed together with four full tickets to the event. One of the tickets is a three-day ticket, which granted admission to each of the three concert dates. The other tickets were issued, respectively, for Friday, August 15th, Saturday, August 16th, and Sunday, August 17th. Each ticket displays varying degrees of light staining and is in apparent Good to Very Good condition. (None of the items has been examined out of frame, so we do not know the manner have been mounted beneath the matting.)
