1968 Topps Basketball Test Issue #19 Jerry West card. The card has been graded and encapsulated by PSA EX-MT 6. It has a clear image of West with smooth edges. All four corners are fairly sharp with the top two corners having very light touches. It is off center top to bottom. The reverse is clean and defect free.
