Fernando Tatis Jr., at the age of only 23, is already one of the top players in baseball. Presented are two pairs of his worn cleats. The son of former major leaguer Fernando Tatis Sr., the younger Tatis has great power, with 81 home runs in only 273 games. The San Diego shortstop, and sometime outfielder, also is an outstanding base stealer, with 52 career stolen bases, 25 of them in 2022. The black cleats are made by New Balance and the firm's logo is on the heel of each she and "N" is on the side of each shoe. The actual cleats are molded, and the bottom of each shoe exhibits heavy use, with lots of dirt still on each shoe. The white shows are made by Adidas, with the Adidas name and logo on the heel of each shoe. On the instep of each shoe is printed "Adizero". These shoes have metal cleats, some of them very worn. These white shoes also show heavy use, with dirt on and around the spikes and dirt on the top areas of the shoes as well. Each of the Adidas shoes has three metallic colored stripes on one side. The white shoes are size 11.5. The black shoes have no size indicated, but presumably are also size 11.5. The black shoes have molded cleats. The dates when both sets of shoes were used are unknown. Each pair of shoes was probably game used. The shoes were sourced from someone close to Tatis. The two pair of shoes make a nice forward looking collectible, since they are from a player with immense talent, a superstar already, and still on the rise.
