This red-and-blue stitched multi-signed baseball is highlighted by an exceptionally bold Babe Ruth signature. Ruth's signature, which has been beautifully scripted in blue fountain pen, grades 9/10 and sits alone on a side panel. The remaining five signatures on the ball, each scripted in blue fountain pen, all reside together on the opposite side panel. That placement is ideal, because it allows the ball to be easily displayed as a Ruth single if so desired. The additional five signatures, grading 8/10 on average, are those of New York Yankees members Jimmie Reese (Ruth's roommate), Art Jorgens, and Edwin Wells, and Philadelphia Athletics team members Roy Mahaffey, and Earle Mack (A's coach and son of manager Connie Mack). Given the fact that high-grade Babe Ruth single-signed balls usually command exorbitant prices at auction, an example such as this offers collectors the next best option when looking to add an attractive Ruth signed ball to their collection. The ball is darkly toned (no manufacturer's stampings visible) and displays a few small abrasions (not affecting the Ruth signature). In Good to Very Good condition. Full LOA from PSA.
