Official National League ball signed in black fountain pen by the following twenty-one members of the 1921 Cleveland Indians: Speaker (player/manager, sweet spot), Coveleski, Sewell, Nunamaker (sweet spot), Gardner, Evans, Morton, Uhle, Graney, O'Neill, Caldwell, Wambsganss, McCallister (coach), Wood, Mails, Sothoron, Smith, Thomas, Burns, Johnston, and Smallwood (trainer). The signatures average 5/10. The ball has been coated with a light layer of protective shellac to which there are numerous small abrasions. In Very Good condition overall. It should be noted that with the one exception of Allan Sothoron, every player represented on this ball was a member of the club's 1920 World Championship team, including Bill Wambsganss (first and only unassisted triple play in the World Series) and Elmer Smith (first World Series grand slam).
