In the 1980s, William Andrews was an NFL star as a fullback and running back who could do it all. Presented is a 1980s Andrews signed and inscribed Atlanta Falcon mesh white jersey. Andrews played for the Falcons for his entire pro career, from 1979-1983 and then again in 1986. Andrews was known as a bruising runner, a punishing blocker and talented pass catcher. He was a 4-time Pro Bowler. In 1981, he led the NFL in yards from scrimmage, with 2,036. He finished his career with 1,315 rushing attempts for 5,986 yards - a 4.6 yard average - and 30 touchdowns, and he caught 277 passes for 2,647 yards and 11 touchdowns. The back of the jersey shows Andrews' number "31." Some of the black letters of Andrews' name on the back of the jersey are missing. Each sleeve has the Falcon emblem and "31." Andres has signed his name in black marker on the numeral "1" on the back of the jersey, and he has inscribed "31" and "1979-87." On the lower outside front right tail is a "Reeder and McGaughey" manufacturer's tag, a "Russell Athletic" tag, and the size number "48." The front also shows "31."
