Accompanied by hologram labels from both MLB and Steiner Sports (affixed to the plate), as well as a corresponding COA and LOA from Steiner Sports. Sanchez has inscribed the plate in black Sharpie (7/10): "Gary Sanchez/HR #12 #13 #14." The home run numbers listed by Sanchez correspond to the three home runs he hit during the Yankees' ten-game homestand that began on September 5, 2016, and ended on September 14, 2016. This plate was used during that homestand. As noted in the MLB database, the plate was removed on September 14th and was later signed by Sanchez on October 15th.
