Wayne Gretzky’s historic hands filled these gloves as he rewrote the record books as an Edmonton Oiler. Jofa model 686 with the extended cuff and “Professional” across the wrist roll. Glue residue in the shape of Wayne’s number “99” is clearly visible on each cuff. This style was worn by Gretz during the early 1980’s, possibly during his second NHL season, matching up with hundreds of photos from the period. Wayne has added a bold silver paint pen autograph on each glove. LOA from a long-time Oilers insider who obtained them back in the day.
