1933 All America Board of Football blanket awarded to Princeton Tigers guard Charles Ceppi. The red blanket, with white and blue trim, features the large All America patch in the center, with "Princeton" lettered in white felt directly below. The year, "1933," is displayed in the upper left corner, while the name "Ceppi" is stitched in white in the lower right. Located below Ceppi's name is a yellow star. A "Tilden Mfg. Co." (Ames, Iowa) label is located on the underside. Ceppi was selected as the First-Team tackle on the 1933 All America team after helping to lead Fritz Crisler's Princeton Tigers to an undefeated 9-0 season. Princeton was dominant that fall, outscoring its opponents 217-8 and finishing the year as national co-champions with undefeated Michigan. The blanket (67x58") displays only a few tiny tears along the edges and remains in Excellent to Mint condition.
